An initial brief helps us respond with relevant questions and a clearer quotation.
Products and quantities
List the products or categories and the quantity needed for each. If you are still deciding, share an approximate selection and say which parts are flexible.
Specifications and preferences
Include dimensions, preferred materials or finishes and any reference images. Identify any detail that is essential for your project.
Destination and preferred timing
Provide the delivery city and country, the date you are working towards and any site-access information. Delivery coverage and timing must be confirmed for the quotation.
Packaging and other requests
Mention labelling, gift packaging or other presentation requirements as requests for discussion. These services and any associated costs should be confirmed rather than assumed.

Review the product list
The quotation should identify the selected products, quantities, agreed specifications and any relevant variation between pieces.
Confirm the commercial details
Review unit pricing, the order total, payment arrangements, delivery charges and estimated timing before confirming the order.
Discuss future requirements
If repeat orders are part of your plan, tell us. Future availability, matching and pricing need to be discussed for the products concerned.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities are quoted per product. Send the selection and quantities you are considering so the requirements can be discussed.
Can I mix different products?
You can request a mixed selection. Include the quantity per design; availability, minimums and pricing are then considered product by product.
Can I order a sample first?
Ask about sample availability, pricing and delivery for the product you want. A sample arrangement must be confirmed separately.
Do you offer branding or special packaging?
You can include these requests in the brief. Feasibility, minimum quantities and any additional charges need to be confirmed before they are included in an order.
Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
Include the destination country and city in your enquiry. We will need to confirm whether delivery can be arranged and which charges or requirements would apply; international delivery is not automatically included.
What return terms apply to a wholesale order?
Return eligibility is confirmed per order. Review the agreed terms for your products and quantities before proceeding.
