1. About these terms
These terms apply to orders and enquiries placed with Artisoul through this website. Artisoul sells handcrafted wooden furniture, live-edge tables, Naqshi décor and wooden household products in Pakistan. By placing an order, you agree to the product details and order terms confirmed for that purchase.

2. Pakistan-only online ordering for now
The website is currently configured for orders within Pakistan. International prices, delivery charges and international ordering will be introduced separately. Until then, customers outside Pakistan should contact Artisoul rather than placing an online order.
3. Handcrafted furniture and natural variation
Many Artisoul products are handmade from natural wood. Grain, colour, knots, live-edge shape, small surface characteristics and hand-finished details can vary from one piece to another. These natural differences are part of the material and craft and do not mean that every piece will look identical to a photograph.
For sets or large furniture where matching matters, customers should ask about the available pieces before ordering.
4. Product dimensions and specifications
Product pages describe the intended size, material, finish, leg style, included pieces and other known specifications. Where a dimension is described as approximate, reasonable handmade variation may occur. Customers should measure their available space before ordering furniture and should ask if a particular measurement is critical.
Images are provided to explain the design and character of a product, but screen colours and natural wood variation can affect appearance.
5. Prices and payment
Where a price is displayed on the website, the price for the selected option applies at the time the order is placed. Some furniture or custom pieces may be marked “Price on enquiry” and require a quotation before an order is confirmed.
Payment methods available at checkout may include cash on delivery and, when configured, direct bank transfer. For quotations, the payment schedule and any advance payment requirement are confirmed in writing before the order proceeds.
6. Delivery within Pakistan
Delivery availability, charges and estimated timing depend on the product, destination and order. Any delivery charge shown at checkout or confirmed in a quotation forms part of the order terms. Large furniture may require extra coordination because of parcel size, weight, stairs, narrow entrances or other site-access conditions.
Customers ordering furniture should provide an accurate delivery address and mention access restrictions that could affect delivery. Estimated delivery or production dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.
7. Furniture assembly
Some furniture may be supplied with legs or other components separate for safer transport. The individual product page or quotation should explain what assembly applies. Where screws, marked positions or fittings are supplied, customers should follow the provided instructions and avoid forcing fittings into a different position.
8. Custom orders
A custom-order enquiry does not itself create an order. A custom order proceeds only after the relevant dimensions, material or finish, quantity, price, payment terms and estimated timing have been agreed.
Reference photographs help explain the style requested but do not guarantee an exact copy. Natural wood, construction requirements and available materials may require reasonable design differences. Customers should review the final written specification carefully before approving a custom piece.
9. Wholesale and project orders
Wholesale minimums, pricing, packaging, specifications, payment terms, delivery and return arrangements are quoted for the products and quantities concerned. A website retail price or policy does not automatically apply to a wholesale or project quotation.
10. Returns, damage and order issues
Return eligibility may differ by product and order. The return statement shown on a product page or the written terms agreed for a custom or wholesale order should be checked before purchase. Customers should contact Artisoul before sending any item back.
If an item arrives damaged, incomplete or materially different from the confirmed order, keep the packaging where practical and contact Artisoul promptly with the order reference and clear photographs so the issue can be reviewed.
Custom-made, personalised or specially produced furniture may have different return terms from standard stock items, subject always to any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Wood care and intended use
Wooden furniture should be kept away from standing water and direct sources of excessive heat. Spills should be wiped promptly. Care requirements can differ between lacquered furniture, oiled kitchenware and decorative Naqshi pieces, so customers should follow product-specific guidance and ask before applying cleaners, oils or polishes.
12. Website content and availability
We try to keep product information current, but availability can change because many pieces are handmade or produced in small quantities. An order may require confirmation if a listed piece is no longer available or if a natural-wood selection needs to be agreed.
13. Customer reviews
The website may display genuine customer-review excerpts from Artisoul purchases on this site or other public marketplaces. Reviews remain the opinions of the customers who posted them.
14. Privacy
Personal information used for orders and enquiries is handled in accordance with the Artisoul Privacy Policy.
15. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as Artisoul adds payment methods, delivery options, international ordering or new product categories. For questions about a product, an existing order, custom furniture or these terms, contact Artisoul before placing or confirming the order.
